Bird Brooch Weaving Kit

Makes 1 embroidered bird brooch

05 - Alpine flowers print - with fern embroidery design

Included in this little kit:

- 1 set of custom bamboo ply-wood piece (front, centre and back to make 1 brooch)
- 1 piece of custom printed cotton fabric (please check which design you prefer)
- Printed instructions
- a couple of pieces of plain neutral fabric (for practicing stitches or for your own design)
- a piece of wadding material
- Embroidery needle (sharp)
- Embroidery threads
- 1 brooch back pin

To complete brooch you will need to find some scissors, pencil/pen, strong PVA/white glue, a hot glue gun and 3 bulldog clips (or clean clothes pegs)

Skills needed - basic embroidery stitches - we like stem stitch, french knots, lazy daisy stitch and fly stitch. There are lots of online videos to help with these. This project also requires the use of a hot glue gun which needs some speed and dexterity.
